Stein Christian Salvesen is Head of Administration and Operations. Among other things, he is responsible for operations and IT, public relations and cooperation with ARKIVET’s friends association.

Riina Upsal has been employed since 2016 and is currently responsible for HR and finance.

John Henrik Haukland is employed at the library, where he handles book cataloguing for the collection, responds to library inquiries, and assists with lending and returns. He is present at the library every Tuesday.

Linn Maria Larsen has been employed at ARKIVET since 2019 and is currently responsible for digital communications. Her role includes serving as web editor for arkivet.no, managing newsletters and social media, as well as marketing and promoting the organisation across various channels.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Communication and has additional qualifications in Peace and Conflict Studies and Graphic Design.
